一线骨干力量的辅导员队伍面临新的角色转型, 找准自己在高校 “大思政” 中的新定位, 要成为全员育人的骨干力
量, 做思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者与育人资源的协调者; 要成为全过程育人的融通力量, 做学生全面成长的
指导者与持续发展的推动者; 要成为全方位育人的串联力量, 做 “十大” 育人体系落地的终端实施者与成效评估者。
在三全育人的新格局下, 辅导员队伍要与校内外育人队伍一起, 协同攻关、形成合力, 共同推进一体化育人机制。 |

An Analysis on the Role Orientation and Transformation for Advisors inColleges with the Pattern of “All-Aound Education” inthe Whole Process with All Staff |

Abstract:Focusing on the fundamental mission of moral education, colleges and universities are actively building a pattern of allround education in the whole process with all staff. In this situation, as the backbone of ideological and political work in colleges and
universities, advisers are facing a new role transformation. They should find their new position in the ”great ideological and political
work” in colleges and universities. They should become the backbone in all-staff education, the organizer of ideological and political
education and management, and the coordinator of educational resources. As the instructor for students’ all-round development and
promoter for sustainable development, they ought to become the integration force of the whole-process education. It is necessary for
them to serve as a tandem force of all-round education and a terminal implementer and effectiveness evaluator of the education system.
In the new pattern of all-round education in the whole process with all staff, the advisor teams have to work together with the internal
and external education teams to tackle key problems, form joint forces and jointly promote the integrated education mechanism. |
