| 中文摘要:职业院校数字化治理对提升教育质量和培养高素质技术技能人才至关重要。基于协同治理理论, 从制度、主体与目标3 个核心视角切入, 构建了职业院校数字化协同治理分析框架, 系统梳理了当前数字化治理实践中存在的三大突出困境: 制度理性失衡、主体协作滞碍以及目标发展异化。在此基础上, 提出了优化路径: 构建数字化协同机制, 以提升制度理性; 畅通主体沟通渠道, 搭建数字化平台; 加强校企合作, 消解认知偏差。职业教育数字化治理需更新治理观念、加速技术研发应用以推动技治融合创新常态化, 进而构建协同高效的数字化治理体系, 以期为职业教育高质量发展提供可持续的实践路径。 |

| Digital Collaborative Governance in Vocational Institutions: Issues, Attributions, and Resolutions |

| Abstract:Digital governance in vocational institutions is crucial for enhancing educational quality and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. Based on collaborative governance theory, this study constructs an analytical framework for digital collaborative governance in vocational institutions from three core perspectives: institutions, actors, and objectives. It systematically examines three prominent challenges in current digital governance practices: institutional rationality imbalance, hindered actor collaboration, and alienated objective development. On this basis, optimization pathways are proposed: establishing a digital collaboration mechanism to enhance institutional rationality; facilitating communication channels among actors and building digital platforms; strengthening school-enterprise cooperation to eliminate cognitive biases. Digital governance in vocational education requires updating governance concepts and accelerating technological research and application to promote the normalization of technology-governance integration and innovation, thereby building a collaborative and efficient digital governance system. This aims to provide a sustainable practical pathway for the high-quality development of vocational education. |
