| 中文摘要:设备安全的数字化管控是船舶建造过程中安全管控的重中之重。为了科学、公正、合理地评价船舶建造设备安全的数字化管控等级, 本文对其评估方法进行了研究。首先筛选出安全评价指标, 构建安全管控评价体系; 然后选取层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP) 与熵值法相结合的综合评价模型, 计算各层级的指标权重; 最终形成船舶总装建造设备安全的数字化管控等级评价方法。该评估方法不仅为企业开展设备安全的数字化评估提供了可行方案, 同时也为其未来数字化转型指明了方向。 |

| Research on Digital Control and Evaluation Methods for the Safety of Ship Assembly and Construction Equipment |

| Abstract:Digital control and management of equipment safety is the top priority in the safety control of shipbuilding. To scientifically, fairly and reasonably evaluate the digital control and management level of equipment safety in shipbuilding, research on its assessment methods is carried out. Safety evaluation indicators are screened out, a safety control evaluation system is constructed, and a comprehensive evaluation model of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy value method is selected. The weights of the indicators at each level are calculated, and an assessment method for the digital control and management level of equipment safety in ship assembly and construction is finally formed. This provides a feasible solution for enterprises to conduct digital assessment of equipment safety and points out the direction for future digital transformation. |
