中文摘要:本文研究了一种新型的电子- 离子双通道三明治结构自修复热电水凝胶。该水凝胶以聚乙烯醇为基底材料,通过硼酸酯键构建动态共价交联网络, 并分别掺杂导电聚苯胺和聚丙烯酸, 以增强电子与离子传输能力。性能测试结果表明: 制备的水凝胶具有快速黏合响应能力, 能够在10 s内完成块体间的动态黏合, 并能在200 s内完成剪切伤口的自修复。此外, 本文成功构建的电子- 离子- 电子三明治结构自修复水凝胶展现出良好的热电转换效率和电化学稳定性, 其塞贝克系数最高达到9.02 mV/K。在模拟光源为1个太阳光照强度下, 可快速产生117 mV 的输出电压, 移开光照后输出电压仍能维持在80 mV。本研究为柔性电子器件和可穿戴设备等应用提供多重适应性材料支撑与设计策略。

Self-Healing Thermoelectric Hydrogel with Sandwich Structure: Electron-Ion Synergistic Transport and Performance Enhancement
Abstract:In this paper, a novel electron-ion dual-channel self-healing thermoelectric hydrogel with a sandwich structure is developed.In this hydrogel, the Polyvinyl alcohol was used as the substrate, a dynamic covalent cross-linked network was constructed through borate ester bonds, and conductive polyaniline and polyacrylic acid were doped to enhance the electron and ion transport capabilities, respectively. The performance test results show that the hydrogel exhibits rapid bonding response ability and completes the dynamic bonding of different blocks within 10 s. It also possesses excellent self-healing ability, repairing shear wounds within 200 s. Furthermore, the self-healing hydrogel with electron-ion-electron sandwich structure were successfully constructed and achieved a high Seebeck coefficient of up to 9.02 mV/K. It demonstrates good thermoelectric conversion efficiency and electrochemical stability. Under one sun illumination intensity, it rapidly generated a voltage of 117 mV and maintained 80 mV after the light was removed. This research provides multiple adaptive material supports and design strategies for applications such as flexible electronic devices and wearable equipment.
