| 中文摘要:大学生发展党员工作是高校党建的重要任务。思想政治教育作为培养学生社会主义核心价值观的主要途径, 既是大学生入党过程中的必修内容, 也是衡量其入党的重要参照。本文阐述了将思想政治教育融入大学生发展党员工作的必要性, 剖析了现阶段所面临的现实挑战, 系统梳理了二者融合的内在逻辑, 进而从优化组织管理机制、创新教育形式、强化党员思想政治培训、完善教育体系等方面, 探索思想政治教育深度融入发展党员工作的可行路径, 旨在不断提升大学生党员发展质量, 塑造理想信念坚定、道德品质高尚的新时代大学生党员队伍, 为高校党建事业发展提供有力支撑与保障。 |

| On the Path of Ideological and Political Education Incorporating in the Work of Recruiting Party Members among College Students |

| Abstract:It is an important task for college students to recruit Party members, and ideological and political education is the primary way to cultivate students’ socialist core values and an essential content for college students to join the Party. It is also an important reference for college students to join the Party. This article elaborates the necessity of integrating ideological and political education into the work of recruiting Party members among college students, probes into the challenges facing the present stage, and systematically combs the inner logic of the integration of the two, the feasible pathways for the deep ideological and political education into the work of recruiting Party members among college student is explored, In order to continuously improve that quality of Party member development among college students, we will focus on optimizing organizational management mechanism, innovating educational forms, strengthening ideological and political training of Party members, and improving the ideological and political education system. In order to provide strong support and guarantee for the development of the Party building cause in colleges and universities, a group of college student Party members with firm ideals and beliefs and noble moral qualities will be formed. |
