中文摘要:随着高校持续扩招, 基础化学实验教学任务工作量爆炸式增长, 使得基础化学实验室安全运行管理面临严峻考验。基于实验教学实践, 通过深入剖析基础化学实验室常见的安全问题, 同时紧密结合本校与学院相关的工作实践, 提出一系列具有针对性和可操作性的实验室安全管理建议。建议涵盖多个关键方面, 包括完善安全责任体系,优化安全管理制度、健全和夯实实验室安全教育制度、严格落实安全准入制度、规范试剂的管理、完善基础设施建设、优化应急预案以及提升应急能力、搭建信息化管理平台及强化实验室日常安全督查等, 旨在全方位提升基础化学实验室的安全管理水平, 为实验教学的顺利开展提供坚实保障。

Exploration on the Safe Operation Management Model of Basic Chemistry Teaching Laboratories
Abstract:With the continuous expansion of university enrollment, the workload of basic chemistry experimental teaching has surged dramatically, posing severe challenges to the safe operation and management of basic chemistry laboratories. Based on experimental teaching practices, through in-depth analysis of common safety issues in basic chemistry laboratories and closely integrating the relevant work practices of our university and college, a series of targeted and actionable laboratory safety management recommendations have been proposed. These recommendations cover multiple key aspects, including improving the safety responsibility system, optimizing safety management regulations, establishing and solidifying laboratory safety education systems, strictly enforcing safety access systems, standardizing reagent management, enhancing infrastructure construction, optimizing emergency plans and improving emergency response capabilities, building an information management platform, and strengthening daily laboratory safety inspections. The aim is to comprehensively elevate the safety management level of basic chemistry laboratories, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth conduct of experimental teaching activities.
