| 中文摘要:在全球数字经济加速发展的背景下, 数据要素已成为驱动出口产品升级的新型生产要素。本文基于CEPII-BACI 数据库和世界银行数据库测算的56 个国家和30 个行业的面板数据, 构建固定效应模型实证检验数据要素对出口技术复杂度的影响及其作用机制, 并进行了异质性讨论。研究发现: 数据要素对出口技术复杂度的提升具有显著的促进作用; 技术创新水平在数据要素对出口技术复杂度的影响过程中发挥着正向调节效应。异质性分析表明: 从经济体类型看, 数据要素对发达国家制造业出口技术复杂度的提升作用更为明显; 从行业类别看, 数据要素对中高技术制造业出口技术复杂度的促进作用更为显著。 |

| Research on the Impact of Data Elements on the Technological Complexity of Exports |

| Abstract:Against the backdrop of the accelerated development of the global digital economy, data elements have become a new type of production factor driving the upgrading of export products. Based on the panel data of 56 countries and 30 industries calculated from the CEPII-BACI databses and World Bank databases, this paper constructs a fixed effect model to empirically test the impact of data elements on the technological complexity of exports and its mechanism of action, and conducts heterogeneity discussions. The research finds that data elements have a significant promoting effect on the improvement of the technological complexity of exports. The level of technological innovation plays a positive moderating role in the impact of data elements on the technological complexity of exports. The heterogeneity analysis shows that by distinguishing the types of economies, data elements have more significant effect on the improvement of the technological complexity of manufacturing exports in developed countries; by industry sector, it is found that data elements have more significant effect on the enhancement of the technological complexity of exports in medium and high-tech
manufacturing industries. |
