| 中文摘要:在当前数字经济时代, 数字化转型已成为推动中国制造业企业高质量发展的关键动力。基于A 股制造业上市公司数据, 本文构建了数字化转型指数并展开实证分析。研究发现, 数字化转型显著提升企业全要素生产率(total factor productivity, TFP), 该结论经内生性与稳健性检验后依然成立。机制分析表明, 数字化转型主要通过优化供需匹配、稳定供需关系、提升供应商创新能力等途径, 对TPP 产生显著促进作用。异质性分析显示, 国有企业、大型企业以及劳动密集型企业从数字化转型中获益更大; 在知识产权保护力度较强、服务业开放度较高的地区, 数字化转型对生产率的提升效果更显著。本研究为评估数字化转型的生产率效应提供了实证依据, 也为政府推动制造业高质量发展提供了政策参考。 |

| Exploration of Multiple Paths for Digital Transformation to Promote Enterprise Productivity Growth: An Empirical Analysis Based on A-Share Manufacturing Listed Companies |

| Abstract:In the current digital economy era, digital transformation has become key driving forces for the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Based on data from A-share manufacturing listed companies, this paper constructs a digital transformation index and conducts empirical analysis. The study finds that digital transformation significantly enhances enterprise total factor productivity (TFP), and the conclusion remains valid after endogeneity and robustness tests. The mechanism analysis indicates the digital transformation significantly promotes TFP primarily by optimizing supply-demand matching, stabilizing supply-demand relationships, and improving suppliers’ innovation capacity. Heterogeneity analysis shows that state-owned enterprises, large-scale enterprises, and labor-intensive enterprises benefit more from the digital transformation. Moreover, the productivity-enhancing effects of digital transformation are more pronounced in regions with stronger intellectual property protection and a higher degree of openness in the service sector. The study provides empirical evidence for evaluating the productivity effect of digital transformation and offers policy insights for the government in promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. |
