| 中文摘要:为解决三维工序模型尺寸标注方法中存在设计模型与工序模型尺寸生成策略不一致、尺寸样式与布局不统一以及工程化应用困难的问题, 本文提出了一种基于尺寸重建的三维工序模型尺寸自动标注方法。该方法通过对比设计模型与工序模型的几何结构的对应关系, 利用设计模型上已有的尺寸标注的类型、布局及样式, 依据零件制造工艺在工序模型的相应位置重建对应的尺寸标注, 从而实现对三维工序模型主要加工部位的自动标注。为实现模型结构对比, 研究了尺寸依附体的匹配方法。通过对上述方法的程序实现, 开发了工序模型自动标注程序模块, 并利用三维齿轮轴模型进行了实例验证。结果表明, 所提方法能够实现工序模型的尺寸自动标注, 并有效保持了尺寸标注策略、布局和样式的一致性。 |

| A Method for Automatic Dimension Generation for 3D Process Models Based on Dimension-Reconstruction |

| Abstract:To solve the problems in dimension annotation of 3D process models, such as inconsistencies between design models and process dimension generation strategies, non-uniform styles and layouts, and difficulties in engineering applications, a method for automatic dimension generation for 3D process models based on dimension-reconstruction is proposed. By comparing the geometry correspondence between the design model and the process model, the type, layout and style of existing dimension on the design model are used to reconstruct the corresponding dimension in the corresponding position of the process model depending on the manufacturing process of the parts, so as to realize the automatic dimension generation of the main machining parts of the 3D process model. To implement the model structure comparison, the matching method of dimension attaching objects is studied. Through the program implementation of the aforementioned method, an automatic dimension generation module of the process model is designed and verified using the 3D gear shaft model. The results show that the proposed method can realize the automatic dimension generation for process models, effectively maintain the consistency of dimension strategy, layout and style. |
