| 中文摘要:本研究以聚乙烯蜡(polyethylene wax, PEW) 为原料, 通过调控氧化剂类型、反应时间、反应温度、接触面积及气体流量等条件, 进行氧化改性实验, 确定了以二氧化碳(CO2) 作为氧化剂制氧化改性聚乙烯蜡(oxidatively modified polyethylene wax, OPW) 的最佳工艺条件。结果表明: 使用CO2作为氧化剂对改善OPW 的理化性能具有显著效果。OPW 最佳制备工艺条件为: 反应温度190 ℃, 反应时间6 h, CO2 气流量为0.4 L/min。在此条件下所得OPW 的黏度为58.09 mPa﹒s, 熔点为109.8 ℃, 酸值为9.06 mg KOH/g; 而未改性前的PEW 酸值为3.91 mg KOH/g, 改性后酸值提高了约2.32 倍, 说明氧化改性效果显著。 |

| Research of Oxidatively Modified PolyethyleneWax Using Carbon Dioxide |

| Abstract:The research used polyethylene wax (PEW) as the raw material. The optimum process conditions for the oxidative modificed polyethylene wax (OPW) with carbon dioxide (CO2) as the oxidizing agent were determined by regulating the conditions of oxidant type, reaction time, reaction temperature, contact area and gas flow rate. The results show that CO2 as an oxidizing agent has a significant effect on the improvement of the physicochemical properties of OPW. The optimal conditions for the preparation of OPW are as follows: the reaction temperature is 190 ℃, the reaction time is 6 h, and the gas flow rate of CO2 is 0.4 L/min. Under these conditions, the viscosity of the obtained OPW is 58.09 mPa﹒s, the melting point is 109.8 ℃, and the acid value is 9.06 mg KOH/g. The acid value of the unmodified PEW is 3.91 mg KOH/g. After modification, the acid value increases by approximately 2.32 times, indicating a significant effect of oxidative modification. |
