中文摘要:本研究针对上海市道路灰尘中有机磷酸酯(organophosphate esters, OPEs) 和邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalate esters,PAEs) 的含量水平、组成特征及影响因素展开分析, 探讨其潜在来源并进行健康风险评价。结果表明, OPEs 和PAEs在道路灰尘中普遍检出。其中, OPEs 总含量范围为45.7~9 061 ng﹒g-1, 主要污染物为TBOEP和TEHP; PAEs 总含量范围为1.1~388 μg﹒gg-1, 比OPEs 高两个数量级, 主要污染物为DEHP和DBP。两条主干道灰尘中的OPEs和PAEs在含量与来源上均存在差异: OPEs主要源自交通排放, 而PAEs 主要源自人类活动。两者在夏季的含量均高于春季, 且其组分特征也呈现季节性变化。手-口摄入是道路灰尘中OPEs 和PAEs进入人体的主要途径。在同一暴露途径下, 儿童的暴露量均高于成人。尽管当前评估表明, 灰尘中OPEs和PAEs对成人和儿童均未造成明显的非致癌与致癌风险, 但其长期暴露带来的潜在风险仍需关注。

Pollution Characteristics and Health Risk Assessment of Organophosphate Esters and Phthalate Esters in Road Dust in Shanghai
Abstract:The study analyzes the content level, composition characteristics and influencing factors of organophosphate esters (OPEs) and phthalate esters (PAEs) in road dust in Shanghai, explores their potential sources and conducts a health risk assessment. The result shows that OPEs and PAEs are commonly detected in road dust, with a total OPEs content ranging from 45.7 to 9 061 ng﹒g-1. The main pollutants are TBOEP and TEHP. The total PAEs content ranging from 1.1 to 388 μg﹒g-1, is two orders of magnitude higher than OPEs, and the main pollutants are DEHP and DBP. The OPEs and PAEs in the dust of the two main roads, differed in both concentration and sources. OPEs mainly originate from traffic emissions, whereas PAEs mainly come from human activities. The content of OPEs and PAEs in summer is higher than that in spring, and their compositional profiles also exhibite seasonal variations. Hand-mouth ingestion is the main pathway for OPEs and PAEs from road dust to enter the human body. Under the same exposure pathway, children are exposed to higher levels of OPEs and PAEs than adults. Although the current assessment does not indicate significant non-carcinogenic or carcinogenic risks from OPEs and PAEs in dust for adults and children, the potential risks associated with their long-term exposure still require attention.
