中文摘要:为探究广西白沙河水体中类固醇激素的浓度水平及时空分布特征, 利用超高效液相- 三重四级杆串联质谱仪测定白沙河流域的33 种类固醇激素。结果显示, 丰水期和枯水期分别检出10 种和16 种类固醇激素, 检出率范围分别为12.5%75% 与12.5%100%, 浓度范围分别为未检出(not detected, ND)16.05 ng/L 和ND4.90 ng/L。类固醇激素浓度存在显著的季节性差异, 枯水期的检出频率和浓度绝大部分点位明显高于丰水期。空间分布上, 类固醇激素总浓度整体呈现从上游至中游或下游递增, 然后向河口递减的趋势。内分泌干扰效应分析表明, 部分点位雌/雄激素毒性当量浓度高于1 ng/L, 表现出一定的雌/雄激素活性。生态风险评价显示, 甲基睾丸酮在部分点位处于高风险状态, 雌醇处于中风险, 可能会对水生生物产生一定影响, 其他类固醇激素则处于低风险或无风险状态。

Concentration Distribution and Risk Assessment of Steroid Hormones in the Baisha River, Guangxi
Abstract:To investigate the concentration levels and spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of steroid hormone pollutants in the Baisha River, Guangxi, ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was used to determine 33 types of steroid hormones in the Baisha River basin. The results showed that during the wet and dry seasons, 10 and 16 steroid hormones were detected respectively, with detection frequencies ranging from 12.5% to 75% and 12.5% to 100%, and concentration levels ranging from not detected (ND) to 16.05 ng/L and ND to 4.90 ng/L respectively. Significant seasonal variations in steroid hormone concentrations were observed, with both detection frequency and concentration at most sampling sites being higher during the dry season than in the wet season. Spatially, the total concentration of steroid hormones in the Baisha River showed an increasing trend from upstream to midstream or downstream, followed by a decrease towards the estuary. Endocrine disruption effect analysis indicated that the estrogenic/androgenic toxicity equivalent valued at certain sites exceeded 1 ng/L, demonstrating some estrogenic/androgenic activity. The ecological risk assessment indicates that 17-methyltestosterone posed a high risk in this water body, Estrone posed a moderate risk and may exert certain impacts on aquatic organisms, while other steroid hormones posed a low or no risk.
