| 中文摘要:新质生产力作为新时代经济社会发展的核心动力, 展现了中国在经济全球化背景下的高质量发展趋势。其形成与发展对教育, 尤其是职业教育领域产生深远影响。以探究新质生产力与职业教育的双向驱动关系为基础, 通过文献调查揭示新质生产力背景下职业教育变革的内在逻辑与实践路径。研究发现, 当前我国职业教育面临着科技创新不足、育人模式陈旧、师资力量薄弱等挑战。为此, 提出通过强化科技创新体系、优化育人机制、提升师资队伍素质等方式来推动职业教育与新质生产力的协同发展。旨在为职业教育主动适应新质生产力的发展提供理论基础与实践价值, 促进教育链、人才链、科技链与产业链的深度融合。 |

| Empowering High-Quality Development of Vocational Education with New Quality Productive Forces: Theoretical Logic and Practical Pathways |

| Abstract:As the core driving force behind socio-economic development in the new era, new quality productive forces exemplify China’s high-quality development trend within the context of economic globalization. Its formation and evolution have a profound impact on education, especially in the field of vocational education. This study is based on exploring the two-way driving relationship between new quality productive forces and vocational education, and reveals the internal logic and practical paths of vocational education changes under the background of new quality productive forces through literature surveys. Research has found that my country’s vocational education is currently facing challenges such as insufficient scientific and technological innovation, outdated education model, and weak faculty. To this end, it is proposed to promote the coordinated development of vocational education and new quality productive forces by strengthening the scientific and technological innovation system, optimizing the education mechanism, and improving the quality of the teaching staff. It aims to provide theoretical basis and practical value for vocational education to actively adapt to the development of new quality productive forces, and promote the deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, science and technology chain and industrial chain. |
