| 中文摘要:真空薄层蒸结(vacuum thin film evaporation and crystallization, VTFEC) 工艺基于真空条件下, 液体沸点降低的原理, 可对高盐溶液、三效蒸发工艺浓缩液等蒸发结晶处理。该工艺主要包含蒸发器预换热、逐级蒸发- 浓缩-结晶以及干化工序, 采用VTFEC 工艺蒸结处理Na2SO4 高盐溶液, 可同步实现高盐溶液的快速浓缩、结晶和干化,出料端收集的结晶盐呈干燥粉末, 颗粒大小均匀, 平均含水率约为5.75%。利用该工艺蒸结处理三效蒸发工艺浓缩液, 结果表明, COD和氨氮平均去除率分别为95.5% 和83.9%, 出料端产物的平均含水率为5.91%。此外, VTFEC工艺在负压条件下运行, 有助于改善传统敞开式干化工艺从业人员的工作环境。 |

| Abstract:Vacuum thin film evaporation and crystallization system( VTFEC), based on the principle of reduced liquid boiling point under vacuum conditions, can perform Evaporation and crystallization treatment on high-salinity solutions and concentrated solutions from the triple-effect evaporation process. The process mainly includes evaporator preheating, gradual evaporation-concentration-crystallization, and drying procedures. Using VTFEC process to treat simulated high-salinity sodium sulfate solution, it can simultaneously achieve rapid concentration, crystallization and drying of high-salinity solutions. The crystalline salt collected at the discharge end is in the form of dry powder, with uniform particle size and average moisture content is 5.75%. Using this process for triple-effect evaporation concentrate, it shows that average removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen are 95.5% and 83.9% respectively, and average moisture content of the product at the discharge end is 5.91%. Additionally, the VTFEC process operates under negative pressure, which can significantly improve the working environment for personnel engaged in the traditional open-type drying process. |
