| On the Integration of Socialist Core Values into the Construction of Rule of Law |

| Abstract:The integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law is an important way to advance the rule of law
in an all-round way. First of all, the connotation of the socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law must be defined and its
necessity and feasibility be grasped. On the basis, the principles and paths of the integration of socialist core values into the construction
of the rule of law are studied from the four dimensions of scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, fair justice and law-abiding by
the whole people. |
