中文摘要:通过水热法制备氨基功能化改性石墨烯(NFG) 和还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)。利用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜
(SEM) 和X 射线衍射仪(XRD) 对制备材料的形貌和结构进行表征; 利用循环伏安法、恒电流充放电和电化学交流
阻抗技术对NFG 和RGO 的超级电容器性能进行测试。在放电电流密度为1 A/g 时, NFG 和RGO 分别在1 mol/L 的
H2SO4 溶液中的比电容为307 F/g 和134 F/g。经过2 000 次循环充放电后, NFG 和RGO 的比电容分别为初始值的
97.7%和95.5%, 结果表明制备的超级电容器电极材料具有优异的充放电性能和循环稳定性。 |

Preparation and Performance of Functionalized Graphene forSupercapacitor Electrode |

Abstract:Amino-functionalized graphene (NFG) and reduced graphene oxide (RGO) were prepared by hydrothermal method. Transmission
electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to describe the morphology
and structure of the samples. The properties of NFG and RGO for supercapacitors were recorded by the cyclic voltammetry,
charge/discharge measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Specific capacitances of NFG and RGO were 307 F/g and
134 F/g at charge/discharge current density of 1 A/g in 1 mol/L H2SO4 solution, respectively. The results show that the supercapacitor
electrodes have excellent charge/discharge performance and cyclic stability, retaining over 97.7% and 95.5% of its initial capacitance
after 2 000 charge/discharge cycles. |
