中文摘要:提出了一种电还原与膜分离技术耦合新工艺对含铬废水进行处理。通过导电微滤膜与铁板电极形成的回 路, 研究了在不同电压和运行时间条件下含铬废水的处理效果, 并对铬的去除机理进行探究。实验结果表明, 在外加 电压为2 V, Cr 浓度为20 mg/L, 运行90 min, 可以取得处理Cr 效果的同时不会造成膜损坏。Cr 的去除率随电压的 增大而增加, 2 h 后去除效果均趋于稳定, 最高去除率在98.5% 左右。不同工况条件下, 跨膜压差均维持在较低水平。 本研究为处理重金属废水提供了新思路。

Study on Purification of Chromium-ContainingWastewater by Electro Reduction Coupled Membrane Separation Technology
Abstract:A new technology coupled with electro reduction and membrane separation technology for the treatment of chromiumcontaining wastewater was presented. Based on the circuit formed by the conductive microfiltration membrane and iron plate electrode, the effects of different voltages and operation times on chromium-containing wastewater treatment and on microfiltration membrane were studied. The experimental results showed that when the applied voltage was 2 V, the concentration of Cr was 20 mg/L, and the operation time was 90 min, the voltage condition had significant effect on the removal rate of Cr, and it would not cause the damage of the membrane at the same time. The removal rate of Cr increased with the increase of voltage. After 2 h, the removal efficiency tended to be stable, and the maximum removal rate was about 98.5%. Under different working conditions, the transmembrane pressure difference maintained lower level. It provided a new idea for the treatment of heavy metal wastewater.
